The Box Wedge Machine from Wolfe Ridge is the best way to get consistent and uniform split sizes with every cycle of the splitter.  Built with a Honda GX630 v-twin engine and 28 gallon per minute pump and 35 ton cylinder.  The Box Wedge Machine can be built on a skid mount (see Heavy Duty Industrial) or on a highway towable frame (see Super High Output).  Built to last, made in the USA, all Wolfe Ridge machines are produced with top-quality materials to ensure reliable performance, day in and day out.
The SHO frame features heavy duty welded fenders, a suspended highway axle / wheels / tires, and a fold away hitch tongue.  The HDI frame features a full “roll cage” to protect the engine and pump package from damage.
The box wedge machine includes a standard 3.5” x 3.5” box wedge with returner arm.  As well, a 2 way wedge with BOLT-ON height adjustable 4 way wedge is included.  NOTE: the traditional wedge included with the Box Wedge Machine is NOT hydraulically height adjustable.  The Box Wedge Machine is loaded with features that make it one of our most versatile product offerings.
